This caffeine-free and sugar-free pre-workout product focuses on optimal physical and mental performance, supporting cognitive function and vitality. Ideal for those who work hard and don't make excuses.

Main ingredients:

Ashwagandha: Known for increasing energy, vitality, stamina, and mental well-being. Withania somnifera, also known as "Indian ginseng," is a powerful plant in Ayurveda.
Bacopa monnieri (Brahmi): Used to optimize mental well-being and support proper cognitive function and concentration. Popular in traditional Indian medicine.
Bioperine®: A patented piperine product recognized for its ability to improve the biological accessibility of nutrients.

Recommended dosage:

Mix a 15g dose (1/2 scoop) with 250ml of water and drink it approximately 30 minutes before strength training. For endurance exercise, it is recommended to combine this product with carbohydrates and increased fluid intake. The maximum daily dose is 15g. Undissolved particles in the drink are normal and should not be considered a defect. The product may cause a tingling sensation.
