It is also enriched with a complex of vitamins and minerals, as well as L-arginine. This blend supports the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical activity that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Recommended intake: It is recommended to consume 2 servings daily. These should be drunk approximately 30 minutes before or immediately after exercise. One serving (50 g = 1 scoop) is mixed with 100 ml to 200 ml of water in a shaker for at least 10 seconds. The flavor intensity can be adjusted to taste.

Olimp Carbonox is specifically designed for adults who are very physically active and/or engage in prolonged periods of intense activity and wish to support muscle recovery and glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
