TRIPLE WHEY from FREY Nutrition® was specially developed for ambitious athletes to meet their increased protein needs. The unique 3-component whey matrix, consisting of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and whey protein hydrolysate, offers unparalleled quality and a high biological value of 122. With an extremely high protein content of 94.3% (dry matter), TRIPLE WHEY contributes to muscle growth and maintenance. The protein powder is suitable for both milk-based and water-based diets, is ultra-filtered and microfiltered, and is listed on the Cologne List. It contains 30% isolate, hydrolyzed whey for enhanced protein quality, a high BCAA content (23.8 g), and has an optimal amino acid profile. The product is free of artificial vitamin additives, 100% soluble, instant, and non-clumping.

Muscle growth and maintenance: Thanks to its high protein content, TRIPLE WHEY supports muscle growth and prevents muscle breakdown. Recommended intake: In the morning after waking up and immediately after training.

Serving: 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons)
Liquid: 300 ml low-fat milk or water
Consumption: 1-3 servings per day, especially in the morning and after training

Allergy advice: Contains lactose (whey) and soy.

Recommended intake:

One serving = 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) stirred into 300 ml of low-fat milk or water and consumed 1-3 servings per day. It is recommended to take it in the morning and especially directly after training in combination with MALTO 95.
