- Essential amino acid L-lysine: L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce itself. Therefore, it must be obtained through food, including supplements like this one.
- Physiological foundation for proteins: L-lysine is an important building block for protein synthesis in the body. It is found in high quantities in muscle tissue and plays a key role in various physiological processes.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily before training, before going to sleep and/or before a meal on an empty stomach with water.
Note for allergy sufferers:
May contain traces of milk, soy and egg proteins, nuts, peanuts and gluten.
