Scitec Nutrition BCAA Xpress is a dietary supplement providing branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio. BCAAs, consisting of leucine, isoleucine, and valine, are essential amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and therefore must be obtained through diet. This product is sugar-free, gluten-free, and lactose-free.

Characteristics:

Ratio 2:1:1: Contains leucine, isoleucine and valine in a balanced ratio of 2:1:1.
5g of pure BCAA per serving: Each serving (7g) provides 5g of pure BCAA.
Essential amino acids: BCAAs are essential amino acids that play an important role in muscle building and muscle maintenance.
Sugar-free: The statement "sugar-free" refers to the ready-to-drink beverage.
Gluten-free: Meets the European Union regulations for gluten-free products.
Lactose-free: Lactose content of <0.5 g/100 ml in the ready-to-drink beverage.

Dosage recommendation:

Mix one serving (7g = 3/4 measuring spoon) of BCAA Xpress powder with 300 ml of water daily.
Consume it before training, during training, or before meals.
